Wine Range
The Nuy Cellar Door opens up a rich harvest of tastes, including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Colombard, Muscadel and Semi-sweet Sparkling Wine. Barrel selection sets Nuy apart from many other wineries. This involves purchasing top quality barrels and hand-picking crops from specific vineyards.
Wine is matured for 18 to 24 months, after which the best barrels are selected. This wine is bottled and sold as Barrel Selection Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
